An ideal business partner does not abandon you when production dynamics change.

All RS plants feature grinding units with RS compensation system to provide the ability to properly adjust wheel failure data according to work requirements.

With the compensation system, the RS system can best adapt to workpieces that are not equal to each other: at the moment a force is impressed from the workpiece onto the wheel, the wheel undergoes a given yielding. This sagging is possible through an electro pneumatic system designed and customized for machining parts that are not equal to each other.

Wheel failure is managed by a 5-level pressure RS system, controlled by the Robot according to the work requirement.

This system is applied on RS grinding plants. The grinding stage is one of the most important surface processes in the processing of stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum.

At this stage the plant must use maximum precision so that a uniform work surface is obtained, ready to be used for further processing.

With our compensation systems, it is possible to achieve the same result from parts that are not equal to each other.
